風車前花畑のチューリップが満開でした。
さて、音楽の話題ですが、
My favorite things というメロディがその名の通り僕のお気に入りの曲があります。
ジョンコルトレーンのソプラノサックス、
ことに後半はどこか中東のメロディのようにも聞こえてきて、官能的であったりもします。
（あくまでも個人的感想ですが）

もともとこの曲はサウンド・オブ・ミュージックの挿入歌で、
映画ではジュリーアンドリュースが歌っていましたっけ。
悲しい時には自分の好きなものを思い浮かべると気分がよくなるわよと
マリア役のジュリーアンドリュースが子供達に歌うシーンを何となく覚えています。

でも、関東以外の所にお住まいの方はピンとこないかもしれませんが、
この頃、このメロディを聴いてすぐに思い浮かべるのは
ＪＲ東海の「そうだ、京都 行こう」のＣＭだったりします。
コマーシャルの力は大きいなぁー。
